Florida-man by birth but “Gwinnettian” for the majority of his life. David has served in the Georgia Army National Guard for 18 years as an artilleryman, including a deployment to Afghanistan. His military background shaped the way he approaches the practice of law: with discipline, preparation, accountability, and a willingness to fight when the stakes are high. That same mindset guides his representation of clients who are often facing one of the most difficult periods of their lives.

David understands that a personal injury case is not just about medical bills, insurance claims, or legal procedure. It is about real people whose lives have been disrupted by pain, financial stress, uncertainty, and frustration. He takes pride in giving clients honest guidance, direct communication, and practical advice at every stage of the case.

David earned his law degree from Georgia State University College of Law, where he developed a strong foundation in advocacy and client-centered representation. Since entering practice, he has handled personal injury matters from intake all the way through trial. David has successfully fought and won not only simple motor vehicle collision cases but complex matter such as trucking, slip and fall, and various forms of government liability.

Known for his straightforward style, David believes clients deserve a lawyer who will tell them the truth, prepare their case carefully, and advocate for them with conviction. Whether negotiating with an insurance company or preparing a case for trial, his goal is always the same: to pursue full and fair compensation for the people he represents.

Outside the office, David is a husband, father, veteran, dog dad, cat dog, and a lover of fishing and the outdoors. His personal and professional experiences give him a grounded perspective on service, responsibility, and standing up for people when they need help most.
